Customer Booking Terms and Conditions for TapestryLite.Com The following Booking Conditions and all other details contained on the tapestrylite.com website form the basis of your contract with Tapestry Holidays Limited. Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. In these Booking Conditions, “you” means all persons named on the booking (including anyone who is added or substituted at a later date). “We”  “our” and “us”  and “tapestrylite.com” means Tapestry Holidays Limited. “Supplier”, “provider” and “hotellier” means the owner of the hotel or villa you are booking.  YOUR RESERVATION  The products we provide on Tapestrylite.com are not supplied by us, therefore the contract for the product will be between you and a third party. This means that we act as an agent for third party suppliers, such as hotels or villas. What this means is that the contract for the product is between you and the supplier; we have no contractual liability to you in respect of that product. Because the contract for the product is between you and the supplier any queries, concerns, amendments or cancellations relating to the product should be addressed to them. You will see the name, address and telephone number or email address for your supplier on the confirmation email we send you.   Prices stated are in £ sterling on a per room, per night basis and include VAT unless otherwise stated. Please be aware that the hotel room photos are only a depiction of the type of rooms on offer and may not represent the actual room described.   The descriptions on tapestrylite.com have been provided by the suppliers themselves and are not our opinion of the properties. Unless otherwise stated, breakfast, lunch and dinner are not included. Star ratings may differ according to the country where the hotel is located and are out of the control of tapestrylite.com. Therefore tapestrylite.com cannot be held responsible for any misconceptions relating to star ratings. All bookings and offers advertised on our website are subject to availability. Full payment must be made at the time of booking.   When we receive the monies due we will send a confirmation email setting out exactly what has been booked and the amount of money paid. OUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL Please check your confirmation email carefully immediately on receipt as it sets out what the supplier is promising to provide. If there are any inaccuracies it is essential you bring these to the attention of the hotellier or villa owner.   BOOKING AND PAYMENT Age: Bookings for younger people will not be accepted unless one member of the party is 18 years of age and is the lead name on the booking. Insurance:  It is essential you have adequate insurance cover and it is a condition of this contract that if you do not take Tapestry’s recommended insurance you effect a policy which offers equivalent or better cover.   Please note that insurance premiums are not refundable or transferable in any circumstances. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS BY YOU Bookings on tapestrylite.com are non refundable and non transferable. In the event that you would like to cancel or amend your booking, it is your responsibility to notify the supplier as soon as possible.  DURING YOUR STAY The accommodation provided is only for the use of passengers shown on our confirmation email. Sub-letting, sharing or assignment is prohibited. You are responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation during your stay, except by persons not known to you or us. If you are responsible for any damage all costs in this respect must be met by you and paid locally to the supplier. Please note that the owner may remove anyone whose behaviour is disruptive or affects the enjoyment of other guests.   CONDITIONS AND PRICES The prices and conditions on our website are subject to change and are only valid at the time shown.   Your booking and all matters arising out of it are governed by English law. We both agree that any dispute, claim or other matter which arises out of or in connection with your booking will be dealt with by the Courts of England and Wales.
